Marcos Chucralla Moherdaui Blasi (São Paulo, Brazil; is a lawyer in Brazil practising in the areas of Contractual, Business, Regulatory and Intellectual Property Law, also with experience in pro bono legal practice and work in an intergovernmental organization, as intern and course assistant.

Qualifications: LL.B./J.D. equivalent (University of São Paulo School of Law – FDUSP, 2004). Fellow Student, Business Law Master Program (University of São Paulo School of Law – FDUSP, 2006). LL.M. in Administrative and Economic Law (Getúlio Vargas Foundation School of Law – EDESP/FGV, 2008). LL.M. in Intellectual Property (University of Turin School of Law/World Intellectual Property Organization/International Labour Organization – UNITO/WIPO/ILO, 2012).

Interests: Practising in the Intellectual Property field, including actively participating in discussion groups and also working within the public sector in policy-making related to the area; In parallel, engaging in a academic career in the area, with emphasis on the improvement of the current legal frameworks for promoting innovation and technology transfer, as well as for providing a better balance with regards to the multiple interests involved.
