Jesse Kim is a software engineer and consultant in enterprise content management (ECM) practice. Having worked in a vendor environment throughout his career, Jesse’s primary involvement in intellectual property revolves around technology transfer, documentation, licensing and ownership, and tacit-to-explicit conversion of knowledge embedded in development artefacts. Jesse holds an LL.M. Intellectual Property from The University of Turin Law School and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), where he graduated cum laude.
