Elnur Mammadli graduated from the Department of International Law and International Relations of the Baku State University (BSU), Azerbaijan, in 1998. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the same university. Elnur works as Leading Counsellor at the Copyright Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is involved in the EU-funded Twining Project “Capacity Development for Enhancing Enforcement of Copyright and Related Rights in the Republic of Azerbaijan” as Resident Twining Adviser.
Elnur holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property, jointly offered by the University of Turin Law School, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the International Labour Organization (ILO). He is lectures at Azerbaijan University of Languages
Interests on copyright law, IP enforcement, digital rights management, and British foreign policy, among other topics.
